Spirits are on high as the Madrigal Center for Social Entrepreneurship is set to be completed in March 2006. CCMF-Bikol expects the building contractor, Engr. Salvador Aldecoa, Jr., to turn over the completed building not later than March 31.
Presently, finishing works are ongoing while plumbing and electrical works are being installed, including the provisions for data and voice lines. At the same time, CCMF-Bikol considers the furnishing components of the Madrigal Center . The production and installation of the furnishings will be undertaken beginning March.
Meanwhile, deliberations for Madrigal Center 's plan of operations have been ongoing. CCMF-Bikol looks into the possible programs and activities that will make the Madrigal Center a hub for social entrepreneurship in Bikol.
As the Madrigal Center becomes operational this year, CCMF-Bikol expects an expansion in its programs for poverty alleviation – a welcome news for the region.
